Delete your account

School Accounts by ShubhSoft Solution. User accounts are created by your school, so deleting an account is done by your school or by us on request.

Option 1 — ask your school administrator

Your school administrator can remove your access at any time on the website: Administration → Users → Edit → Remove from this school.

Option 2 — ask us directly

Send a request with your user name and your school name: email shubhsoftsolutionapps@gmail.com or visit https://shubhsoftsolution.in . We confirm the request with your school and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your user account: name, user name, email, phone number and password.
• Your sign-ins on all devices and your activity history.

What is kept

• Accounting entries you made for your school (receipts, payments, bills) belong to the school's books and are kept by the school, because schools must keep accounting records by law. They keep your user name as "entered by" for audit.
• If the whole school stops using School Accounts, the school can ask us to delete all its data — see the Privacy Policy.
